Job Description

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
• Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, etc.) on a daily basis that increases brand awareness / company culture, and build engagement with company’s target audience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop social media campaigns
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform (Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.) to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Monitor SEO and audience engagement and suggest content optimization
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
• Experience using various analytics software.
• Photo and video editing skill is a good plus.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Recruitment Process:

Work Location and Hour:

• Work location: 26 Ung Van Khiem, Binh Thanh, HCMC (hybrid working model).
• Work hour: 08:30 A.M. - 06:00 P.M, Monday to Friday.
