Job Description

Responsibilities:

Planning, executing and monitoring :

• Planning the work in collaboration with the audio leadership team and assigning the right tasks to the right people. 
• Monitoring project performance with regard to established milestones by maintaining a high level of organization and centralization of information.
• Collaborating with the audio director on the audio quality standards needed and ensuring they can be accomplished within the constraints of the project.
• Identifying potential risks by understanding the needs of the team, the progress of the production, and the end product.·        

Communication :

• Leading the project by being a good and effective communicator.
• Being the main interlocutor between project production and the audio team.
• Evaluating, understanding and reporting the proper information to the artists, producers, directors and other stakeholders.
• Building rapport and creating a team environment where all those involved work cohesively.
• Taking iterative and constructive feedback and using it to improve the quality of production.

Skills and Profile:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail, Fluent in English is a must
• The ability to take a deep dive into a project to fully grasp its intricacies and relay them to others.
• An enthusiastic collaborator and team player.
• Autonomous, proactive and resourceful.
• Solid general knowledge of video game development.
• Good understanding of the Kanban, scrum and agile management methodologies.
• General knowledge of audio.
• Knowledge of productivity and game-development tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, and Jira.
• Passionate about video games and game audio!
